Building Your Haul List

With your haul list ready, it's time to order. From each product popup on this site, click your preferred agent button (KakoBuy recommended for first-timers). Each link opens the exact Weidian listing in your agent's interface.

In KakoBuy: 1. Log in or create your account 2. Confirm the listing matches what you expected 3. Select your size/color from the listing 4. Submit the purchase order 5. Repeat for each item in your haul list

Orders placed on the same agent can typically be consolidated into one shipment — KakoBuy calls this "haul" consolidation. Wait until all items have arrived at the warehouse and received QC photos before selecting shipping.

The QC Review: Don't Skip This Step

As each item arrives at the warehouse, your agent uploads QC photos to your account. This is your critical review window.

For a first haul, plan to spend 10–15 minutes reviewing each item carefully. Use the same QC checklist described in the Cnfans QC Photos guide — check logos, stitching, materials, and sizing.

For shoes: verify toe box shape, sole coloring, and interior label. For clothing: check print/embroidery quality, seam alignment, and fabric appearance. For accessories: check hardware quality and stitching.

If anything looks off, use the agent's return option immediately. Once you accept and select shipping, the return window closes.

Shipping and Delivery

After accepting all QC photos, select your shipping method. For a first haul:

• If in the US or Canada: AliExpress Standard Shipping or DHL eCommerce balances speed and cost well • If in Europe: Try EMS or YunExpress for reasonable timelines • If you need it fast: DHL Express or FedEx are fastest, around 5–8 days globally

Pay for shipping through your agent wallet. Your package ships within 1–2 business days. International tracking is available through your agent dashboard.

For customs: most packages arrive without issue when declared at low value as "clothing" or "gift." Check your country's import threshold — many countries allow $50–200 declared value duty-free.
